Pow(R) Performance Gym is dedicated to building a strength, conditioning and injury prevention program around each athlete and his or her body type and needs. To keep our athletes balanced and healthy we assess each individual to familiarize ourselves with his or her movement ability, potential and risk for injury so they can play longer and at a higher skill level.
Private, Semi Private, Pain Management, Yoga and Group Training are available for every skill level at Pow(R) Performance Gym. By using a "needs" based approach to training and wellness, each client receives a customized plan that will keep you moving forward!

MMS is an easy to follow meal plan and motivational book designed to make eating more of a pleasure than a burden while taking a hard look at food and it's role in our lives. I have been taught that not having a plan is planning to fail. By simplifying every day meal preparation while developing a healthy perspective on food we can limit stress from bad food choices and the self dissatisfaction that typically follows. I believe this manual will empower you with the necessary tools to take control of your health and be a positive role model to those around you.
