Private Training (1 coach to 1 client) is a fully customized training and nutrition program created specific to your body type, needs and your goals. Our individual performance plans are designed through a variety of evaluations and assessments given to every new client ensuring your needs are recognized and goals are being met. Pow(R) Performance also offers semi-private training for those who like working with a partner or friends. Like 1:1 training, semi-private offers a customized training and nutrition program specific to you, in a small group environment. Semi private puts like-minded people together working towards common goals. Semi-Private training is also a privilege. Being involved in semi-private training means that you are accountable to your workout without constant monitoring. Semi-private training is typically 2-4 people with one trainer and is more cost-effective than the traditional 1 on 1 training making it a popular option. The Infloww group classes are a perfect option for those looking to improve their overall health in a fun group setting. These groups focus on improving joint health and body weight exercises and movements. By using a progression/regression system, these classes are perfect for every skill level.
