Private, Semi Private and Group Training is available for every skill level at Pow(R) Performance Gym. By using a "needs" based approach to training and wellness, each client receives a customized plan that will keep you moving forward!

Fitness training at Pow(R) Performance Gym is all about you! PP uses proven methodology to revolutionize your life and help you transform how you perform, look, and feel each day. PP believes that you must have a balance of Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery to be successful. Whether you want to increase your energy levels, run your first 5K, lose ten pounds, or just feel stronger, we can help you reach your goals and be with you every step of the way.

What makes our gym so special? Answer: Coaching! The high level coaching every client receives can not only motivate every client, it's an invaluable educational tool for the client. Understanding the how, whys and why not's keep each client progressing always through education and guidance.

Private Training
Private Training (1 coach to 1 client) is a fully customized training and nutrition program created specific to your body type, needs and your goals. Our individual performance plans are designed through a variety of evaluations and assessments given to every new client ensuring your needs are recognized and goals are being met. Programs are monitored and tracked each session and can be adjusted at any time making sure we are always getting better.

Semi-Private Training 

Pow(R) Performance also offers semi-private training for those who like working with a partner or friends. Like 1:1 training, semi-private offers a customized training and nutrition program specific to you, in a small group environment. Semi private puts like-minded people together working towards common goals. Semi-Private training is also a privilege. Being involved in semi-private training means that you are accountable to your workout without constant monitoring. Semi-private training is typically 2-4 people with one trainer and is more cost-effective than the traditional 1 on 1 training making it a popular option.
