Pow(R) Performance Gym has package options that fit every person's needs. Maybe you are already an exercise enthusiast that trains elsewhere. We can work with you a couple days a week to clean up some lifting technique. Perhaps you are at a plateau and need a breakthrough. We can give you the tools to break through any sticking point. Busy business man or women? We can adjust your training days to fit your schedule.

Month to month fitness training package: Call for pricing

  •   Ranges from 6 to unlimited coached sessions each month
  •   Monthly programs designed to meet your needs and goals
  •   Health/Nutrition history screen
  •   Diet Book w/basic meal plan
  •   Individualized stretching/mobility programs for home
  •   Weekly food log monitoring

Executive fitness training package (minimum 3 month commitment): Call for pricing
  •   Ranges from 6 to unlimited coached sessions each month
  •   Monthly programs designed to meet your needs and goals
  •   Complete health/nutrition history screen
  •   (1) Bio-identical hormone/body fat reading each month
  •   "Meals Made Simple" diet book w/meal plan. Includes over 40 recipes!
  •   Individualized stretching/mobility programs for home
  •   (1) 30 min nutrition counseling session each month
  •   Weekly food log monitoring
Infloww Group Training:
  • Flexible training times morning and evenings
  • Exercises are progressed and regressed based on each persons needs and skill
  • Improved joint health
  • Improved body awareness

Yoga w/Bee Lyn:
