Exercise is a very important piece of any one person's health puzzle. Being dedicated to a consistent physical training regimen of any kind can positively influence every part of our existence. As important as training is however, we remind people that you can't out train poor nutrition. Providing the body with the necessary high quality organic foods and supplementation it needs gives us a 1-2 punch in keeping optimum health.
Let’s look first at diets
Zone. Juicing. Atkins. Weight Watchers. Low fat. Paleo. Vegetarianism. Low carb. and on and on and on. Now of course, not all of those diets are bad. In fact, many are quite good, especially the ones that help control appetite, improve food quality, and raise nutrition awareness. But here's the thing everyone seems to be missing: There is absolutely no "best diet" that every person should follow. Let me say that again: If you want to take control of your nutrition and lead a healthy lifestyle, then there is absolutely no "best diet" that you should follow.

In seeking ultimate health and wellness, we must be aware of many factors each day that can influence our bodies balance like our quality of sleep, our energy levels, attitude, when we eat, what we eat and how we train. Try to focus on winning the day one decision at a time. Make the good outweigh the bad.
